Built on the founders 30+ years in the Telecommunications industry, baudroom has a strong business background, broad reaching knowledge, experience and expertise.

Being independent, unbiased and impartial is particularly useful when you’re exploring more radical or sensitive changes to your organisation, processes, structure and/or workforce.
